Release Pilot provides reporting and analytics so you can see release metrics, customer site activity, and trends. Use it to track progress, status distribution, and export report data.

Overview​

  • Where: Reporting / analytics sections in the app (varies by deployment)
  • What: Metrics, dashboards, and exportable report data for releases and customer sites
  • Use case: Understand release health, bottlenecks, and deployment coverage

Release metrics​

Track key metrics for releases:

  • Total releases by status
  • Releases by product
  • Release completion rates
  • Time to release
  • Release frequency

Customer site reports​

Generate reports on customer sites:

  • Number of releases per site
  • Deployment status
  • Customer site distribution
  • Release coverage

Export reports​

Export report data in:

  • JSON – For integration and custom tools
  • CSV – For spreadsheets and analysis
  • Release Planner format – For planning and sharing
