What is Release Pilot?
Release Pilot is a platform for tracking and managing software releases across products and customer sites. It helps you:
- Track Releases: Monitor all your software releases in one place
- Manage Customer Sites: Organize deployments across different customer environments
- Plan Releases: Use the Release Planner to coordinate multi-service releases
- Export Data: Export release data in standardized formats
Quick Start
1. Create a Project
Start by creating a new project in Release Pilot. Projects help you organize releases and customer sites.
2. Add Products
Products represent your software components or services. Add products to your project to start tracking their releases.
3. Create Releases
Create releases for your products with version numbers, planned release dates, and descriptions.
4. Manage Customer Sites
Add customer sites to track where your releases are deployed. Each customer site can have multiple releases attached.
5. Attach Releases
Link releases to customer sites to track deployment status and versions.
